6. Incorrect Advertisement of Clamp Size

   I ordered a 1 1/2 inch clamp but received a 2" clamp with a rubber insert. It was not clear that purchasing a size smaller than 2" would result in a cheap alteration to the product. Communication with the company although prompt, was neither helpful or courteous. Lastly, no return label was provided upon request, and without disclosure of the actual size of the product, return shipping should have been paid for by the company.

9. Aluminum tower speaker mounts

   Used a set to mount a custom safari rack to my Jeep's roll cage. Super strong and look great. Plan on buying another set to replace some other mounts as well.
